My Radom, offers an easy and free way for groups, or professional organizations to meet, and discuss topics on line. The meetings can be either public, or private. Private meetings can only be attended by members who are a part of the group calling the meeting.
How to set up an e-meeting:
All attendees of the requested meeting must have a room created in order to participate.
Next, select groups, and click professional organizations.
Select the organization for which the meeting will be held.
If it doesn’t exist, click create, and create it.
Invite the users you would like to attend, or if it is a registered organization, (i.e. Health Connect Partners...) it will automatically notify all members of that group of the event via e-mail.
My Radroom will also send a reminder e-mail out one hour before the meeting reminding attendees of the event.
The host of the meeting will access our new live chat room feature by clicking the Chat box icon on the blue bar at the right corner of the screen.
Create a session for the meeting, and go!
